After playing football yesterday for only 3 hours I am extremely sore. My back, knees, arms, neck, even my hips are sore. In my opinion that's pretty ridiculous. I used to be able to play soccer for hours or football for hours and not even feel a thing. I'm at my friends house right now as well and he can't move either. Looks like I'm just going to chill today, watch some football, eat way too much food again, and recoup.
